Dreams FulFillment Foundation, Inc.

"Every child deserves to be educated; I believe that education can significantly reduce some of the inequalities and crimes our society is faced with."

~ G. Lloyd Duncan

About Us

Dreams Fulfillment Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit, tax-exempt (501c3) organization founded in 2008 by Mr. G. Lloyd Duncan. With Mr. Duncan's passion, combined with support and encouragement from colleagues like Mr. Ebo Biney, Ms. Mariah Rogers, and Mrs. Christiana Coker, the "DREAM" was birthed.

We are a non-profit 501c3 organization that provides scholarships. We have also undertaken construction of a school project in Liberia, West Africa. We are a non profit 501c3 organization that provides scholarships and undertaking a school project in Liberia, West Africa.

Since it was founded, DFF has committed itself to helping less fortunate African children to achieve educational success by providing scholarships and school supplies to students attending our partnering institutions. DFF's ultimate goal has been to provide hope through academic advancement, therefore, from 2008 to present, DFF has given out 300 scholarships to children attending Jimmy Jolocon School in Gardnerville, Liberia and Palm Grove Assembly of God School in Careysburg, Liberia.

Lest we forget to mention, DFF has also donated relief items to the ELWA Hospital, Children Rescue Center in Mount Barclay, Liberia, and Mother Dorothy Wleh Orphanage Home in Barnesville, Liberia.

The vision that would become the Dreams Fulfillment Foundation, Inc. was planted in the heart of Mr. Duncan in 2001 while migrating to the United States of America from Liberia, West Africa. The "Dream" would soon become a reality when a young ambitious college student ventured with a purpose to make an educational difference in the lives of children in Africa.

Inspired to start DFF, Mr. Duncan read an article online (www.allafrica.com/liberia) about the illiteracy rate and its impact on primary education in Liberia. The article estimated that more than 60% of school-aged children were not enrolled in school, contributing to the country's overall illiteracy rate of 75%. A host of other reasons left Mr. Duncan no choice but to start in his home country, Liberia.
